These transport data were collected for the purpose of examining flow through Virgin Passage (between Culebra, Puerto Rico and St. Thomas, USVI) and into and out of Vieques Sound (between Culebra, Puerto Rico and Vieques, Puerto Rico) in the US Caribbean.
