Santa Rosa Reef is part of the U.S. territory of Guam and located about 25 nautical miles (46 km) south-southwest of the island of Guam. It is a mostly flat-topped bank with one reaches as shallow as 7 m below sea level. Most of the bank top is characterized by moderate relief, lots of algae, scattered corals and a few reef fish.
