The purpose of the Knowledge, Attitudes, and Perceptions (KAP) replication study of dive operators, as well as that of commercial fishers and environmental group members, was to determine whether there have been any changes in the views of these stakeholder groups on the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary and its management strategies, especially as related to the zoning action plan that implemented several no-take zones in the Florida Keys.
