1. From the page titled "NODC Ocean Archive System", click on the link to "Ocean Archive Search". 2. The user should be at a page titled "Ocean Archive System: Search Preferences". By clicking or unclicking the different check boxes listed, a user may selectively search for ocean data by various parameters. The fastest way to retrieve this individual data set is to search by the NODC Accession number ONLY. The NODC Accession number (9400033) is listed in the RESOURCE DESCRIPTION field in this metadata record. To retrieve this metadata record, click the box "NODC Accession Number". Make sure all the other boxes are unchecked. Click the "continue" button at the bottom of the page. 3. The user should be at a page "Ocean Archive System: Search Accessions".
