z1 St. John BIOMapper NOS CCMA NCCOS The St. John Biogeography Integrated Online Mapper (or BIOMapper) is a fully interactive, online feature designed to let users explore data from Benthic Habitat Mapping off St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands National Park, and Virgin Islands Reef National Monument project. This portal contains a comprehensive collection of data from this portion of the National Park Service (NPS) network of managed marine Ocean Parks, offering easy access to aerial imagery, benthic habitat data, survey sites, dive photography and underwater video, and related publications and the ability to create customized, printable PDF maps. These data products provide a detailed, contemporary evaluation on the status, abundance, and distribution of marine plants and animals for the island.
