Abstract:
"This poster was produced in cooperation with the Guam Coastal Management Program, Guam Bureau of Statistics and Plans, University of Guam Center for Island Sustainability, and NOAA Coral Reef Conservation Program. It provides information about gausali (Bikkia tetrandra) a flowering shrub that is native to Guam. It grows directly out of limestone near the ocean. Its English name is torchwood as its wood ignites easily and is used for torches and candles.:
