Abstract:
"In coordination with the local coral reef resource managers in the Virgin Islands Department of Planning and Natural Resources (VIDPNR) Division of Coastal Zone Management (CZM), TNC (The Nature Conservancy) has supported the implementation of critical management strategies in the USVI; assisting in the revision of the management plans for St. Croix East End Marine Park (STXEEMP) and the St. Thomas East End Reserves (STEER), with accompanying sustainable finance plans (SFP), and addressing institutional gaps in agency administrative, financial and technical capacity."
