Abstract:
This Integration Guide was written for local, district, provincial, and national governments, marine and coastal resource managers, and conservation practitioners who want to integrate a variety of management approaches in their coastal areas in their efforts to work toward ecosystem-based management (EBM). It is also intended to support the integrated implementation of the goals of the Coral Triangle Initiative on Coral Reefs, Fisheries, and Food Security (CTI-CFF) Regional Plan of Action (RPOA). The RPOA highlights EBM as an approach to achieving these goals"--About This Guide.
