"This review takes a look at nine specific SEM-related reports that are based on surveys and information gather in the CNMI that are related to natural resource management between 2009 and 2017. The purpose of this review is to identify what gaps, if any, exist that need to be completed in order for the CNMI to finalize its socioeconomic monitoring plan."
