Abstract:
"Improve coral reef management in Vietnam by training coastal resource managers and community members on the methodology and implementation of socioeconomic monitoring. Summary of accomplishments: 1.Set up a project partnership arrangement among selected organizations for joint learning. 2. Distribute hard and electronic copies of SocMon SEA to project partners. 3. Conduct a training needs assessment (TNA) for SocMon training workshop participants. 4. Conduct a training workshop from 17- 21 April 2012 with a training of trainers (ToT) component for project partners based on the SocMon SEA framework and methodology."
