Hawaii Institute of Marine Biology: Hawaii Coral Reef Assessment and Monitoring Program (CRAMP)
Abstract:
The Hawaii Coral Reef Assessment and Monitoring Program,created during 1997-98, was designed to advance coral reef research and increase the ability to manage coral reefs in Hawaii. Initially it was a network and database of 30 coral reef sites. It has been expanded to include rapid quantitative assessments and habitat mapping.
