Abstract:
The purpose of this report is to provide a broad, interdisciplinary overview of the condition and status of ecosystem and human activity components of the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary (FKNMS), with respect to recent and historical trends. In order to understand the status and trends of the condition and current state of FKNMS, a suite of indicators, in accordance with the Sanctuary Condition Report sections and questions, was developed and vetted via qualitative and quantitative processes and is presented in this report.
