Abstract:
This environmental assessment (EA) evaluates the impacts of allowing Ms. Caitlin Lustic of The Nature Conservancy to conduct coral restoration and monitoring activities in Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary. A general permit will be issued by NOAA's Office of National Marine Sanctuaries. The assessment finds the individual and cumulative impacts of this action are not significant. Accordingly, the environmental assessment has resulted in a finding of no significant impact"--Summary on cover letter.
