Abstract:
This report has been prepared by the Coral Reef Ecosystem Division (CRED) of the Pacific Islands Fisheries Science Center (PIFSC) of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) in response to a request from the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) of the U.S. Navy to develop a monitoring plan to assess ecological impacts of proposed Navy activities in the Mariana Archipelago, with particular focus on planned construction at Kilo Wharf in Apra Harbor, Territory of Guam"--Introduction.
